And now, it seems, historic Gladwyne has Jeff Yass.

The richest man in Pennsylvania, and his wife, Janine, have partnered with a younger husband-and-wife development/design team to both turn back the clock on Gladwyne Village AND propel it into the next century.

Radnor Township will buy – or seize – part of Valley Forge Military Academy’s campus for public use

Yowza! Radnor Township just rang in the new year with a bang.

At last night’s meeting – their first of 2026, commissioners voted unanimously to take a first step toward seizing by eminent domain roughly 14 acres at Valley Forge Military Academy..

Why? To create a township park and build a recreation center to supplement – and perhaps, replace – Sulpizio Gym in South Wayne.

After Stella Blu closed in 2018, its handsome West Conshy home, mere minutes from the Main Line, has ricocheted – repeatedly.

For a six months, it was Imbibe Food & Drink, a small-plates spot operated by the chef/owner of Malvern’s Alba.

Then it was Jasper’s West Side Tavern. Then, West Side Bar & Grill.

A flotilla of foodies, influencers and regular folk have long deemed the original Love & Honey in Northern Liberties Philly’s finest fried chicken.
