Yuletide has left the Main Line and will leapfrog the river to Lafayette Hill.

After considering Valley Forge Military Academy, Cabrini and Eastern College, Yuletide’s father-son founders, Rob and Jes Bickhart, inked a deal with the last venue they toured: Union League Liberty Hill golf club.

Fiore Rosso is now il Fiore. Will the third time be the charm in Bryn Mawr? We think so.

Fiore Rosso, the much anticipated “red flower” successor to Enoteca Tredici that bloomed with promise a few summers ago only to wilt under a series of misfires, has finally been yanked at the roots.

The food was fine – better than fine – but the Main Line simply couldn’t cozy up to its sticker-shock prices, chilly vibe and inscrutable menu.

Easttown passes Earned Income Tax; Could your township be next?

Easttown residents will pay a new tax in 2025. After the public weighed in for 2.5 hours, Easttown Supervisors Monday night voted unanimously to levy an .5% Earned Income Tax on working residents.

The war over Oakwell is OVER!!! Tract to be reunited with neighboring Stoneleigh public garden

Lower Merion School District has put a big, fat PR nightmare behind it.

The school board has voted unanimously to sell the embattled property to Natural Lands, the local conservation nonprofit that operates Oakwell’s neighbor, beloved Stoneleigh public garden.

In the works for months, the deal saves the storied estate as it adds acreage to Stoneleigh.

Will Dusinberre, 22, Class of ’20 and a rising senior at Rider U., suffered life-threatening injuries after a tree fell on him near the Montana/Wyoming border on June 28.
