What You’ll Learn
Activating Calm is a 4-week supportive experience designed for those of us fed up with feeling overwhelmed and/or exhausted.
As a collective, we will work together, through weekly coaching sessions and practices, to release our exhausted, anxious, or overwhelmed state and anchor more deeply into our authentic power, a calm and focused state.
This workshop exists to help us shift out of a fight or flight response, give us a new perspective, and most of all reclaim our power to help be a force for good in the world.
How this supportive experience works:
1. Four Live 1-hour Coaching Sessions on Zoom
Each week we join our peers for a live group session. (Can’t make it? No problem. The sessions will be recorded.)

Session Two — Friday, March 26th, 10 am-11 am
Session Three –Friday, April 2nd, 10 am-11 am
Session Four –Friday, April 9th, 10 am-11 am
Closing Ceremony – Friday, April 16th, 10 am-11 am
2. Bite-Sized Resources & Practices
Each week will unlock a set of practices and resources that will guide you through each day of that particular week. I have been fostering these tools over the last 25 years, they include practices from the ancient wisdom traditions including Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, meditation, yoga, and breath-work. Anyone can do these daily practices and they will not take more than 10 minutes to complete – the minimum dosage required for effective change
3. Non-Judgmental Support & Accountability
Share support, insight, and questions in our 24/7 online, safe, non-judgmental circle of peers. You’ll soon discover just how much you have in common with others on this journey.
